We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business development, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. As the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, managing staff, and implementing effective strategies to achieve branch goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership and direction to branch staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective branch performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and personalized financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

 Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with Jack Henry platform desired. 
  • Proven experience in branch management in a US financial institution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive business development and achieve performance targets.
